Saul Griffith is an engineer and inventor. As founder and chief scientist at Otherlab, an independent R&D lab, he helps government agencies and Fortune 500 companies understand energy infrastructure and deep decarbonization.

Cammie Croft is the chief of staff VP, operations & planning at Rewiring America. She has spent two decades at the intersection of advocacy, marketing, and technology scaling organizations and building high-performing teams that love what they do.

Stacey Abrams is senior advisor to Rewiring America. She is a political leader, small business owner, and New York Times bestselling author.

Tom Carden is the Vice President, Engineering at Rewiring America, leading the in-house development of software tools to drive electrification. Previously, Tom led teams and built products at Square, offering a suite of tools to start, run and grow a business.

Sarah Lazarovic is the Vice President, Communications & Creative Strategy at Rewiring America. She is a writer, creative director, and marketing strategist. She oversees Rewiring America's communications, creative, and events teams, overseeing brand and creative execution in support of mainstream electric awareness.

Marjan is General Counsel for Rewiring America. She comes to RA having served as a strategic business partner to executives at General Assembly (a vocational institute passionate about closing the global tech skills gap) and TaskRabbit (a two-sided marketplace providing folks of all stripes opportunities to earn a meaningful income).

Tom Mercer is the Vice President, Product at Rewiring America, responsible for building software tools that will help people and communities accelerate their electrification progress. He is also responsible for building the team to deliver on that vision.

Steve Pantano is the Vice President, Research & Special Projects at Rewiring America, where he leads efforts to build and share comprehensive working knowledge of how to replace more than one billion fossil fuel devices with clean electric alternatives.

Tracey Patterson is the VP of Community Implementation at Rewiring America. Before joining Rewiring, Tracey was the Chief Program Officer at Code for America, where she led nationally-scaled programs to deliver digital products and services with government and communities to measurably improve delivery of public benefits and services for economic mobility.

Nicole Staple is the Vice President, Growth and previously helped drive internal growth initiatives at Rewiring America. She previously co-founded Brideside, a direct-to-consumer retailer, leading the company as CEO and growing from concept to national ecommerce platform with six retail stores.

As Vice President of Network at Rewiring America, Aimee leads the investment, policy, and partnership functions and teams, guiding strategy and ensuring alignment with Rewiring America's mission. She brings over two decades of experience leading federal and state policy and grassroots campaigns, working with philanthropies, governments, businesses, and nonprofits to accelerate deep decarbonization of the US economy.

Hannah Chai is the Sr. Director, People and Culture at Rewiring America. She joins the team after years in the start-up space. Prioritizing the employee and candidate experience, she’s helped many organizations build out their company strategies.

Hilary is the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition & Culture at Rewiring America. She has many years of experience in Talent Acquisition across multiple industries including local government, non-profit, telecommunications, and technology at companies ranging from start-up to enterprise.

LaToya Green is the People & Culture Manager at Rewiring America. Prior to joining, she spent years working in various people and HR functions primarily in Healthcare industries and brings a balanced understanding of organizational dynamics and the importance of creating a supportive work environment.

Amy LaThanh is Deputy Chief of Staff, Head of Operations at Rewiring America. Prior to Rewiring America, Amy held the role of Chief of Staff & Head of Project Management, Community Department at FWD.us, a bipartisan political advocacy group focused on immigration and criminal justice reform.

Christin Pelgrum is the Executive Administration Partner at Rewiring America. Over the course of her career, Christin has taught micro- and macroeconomics at her alma mater, led data analytics and reporting for an economic development nonprofit, as well as served as the EA to executives of Silicon Valley tech startups and venture capital firms.

Rebekah Puleo is an Executive Assistant at Rewiring America. She is a seasoned project manager and executive support professional with over a decade of experience in operations management and high-touch support.

Peter Blair is the Director for Planning and Performance at Rewiring America. He grew up in Northern Ireland, and has spent his career working in social impact - including leading international election observation missions, growing a B-Corps tech for good company, and leading nonprofit solution strategy at Salesforce.org.

Sam Marx is the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Rewiring America. He has spent more than a decade in the nonprofit digital communications and organizing sector, working with hundreds of organizations of all sizes to tackle issues including environmental justice, healthcare, civil rights, housing access, racial equity, and gender equity.

Joshua Gilstein is the Operations Manager at Rewiring America. He brings a broad spectrum of professional experience in public health, arts and culture, political campaigns, higher education, LGBTQ+ equality, and healthcare IT.

Before starting at Rewiring America, Blair held the position of Operations Manager at Utah Clean Energy, a nonprofit organization in Utah focused on clean energy, electrification, and energy policy. In this role, she ensured the team had the necessary resources for success.

Dash joins the team as an Operations Coordinator with a professional background in residential infrastructure administration and cost management. They bring over a decade of experience in construction, residential and auto lending, and compliance data management. In their previous roles, they helped develop affordable financial products for multiple climate-focused startups, managed thousands of real estate contracts at lenders and law offices, cultivated relationships with green banks, and tackled grant and budget development for renewable energy in the city government.

Sarah Fenn is Deputy General Counsel at Rewiring America. She has two decades of experience working between Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C., providing strategic legal counsel and policy expertise.

Mirzeta is the Controller at Rewiring America. She grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and dedicated her accounting career to the not-for profit sector, specifically organizations whose mission is land conservation, and preserving the natural spaces for future generations to enjoy.

Erik is the Head of Data Science at Rewiring America. He previously led data science and analytics teams at Rally Health, the digital arm of UnitedHealth Group, and at Microsoft.

Mohammad Fathollahzadeh is Lead Energy Modeling and Simulation Engineer at Rewiring America. In his role, Mohammad focuses on the technical, economical, and environmental modeling and analysis of building energy systems.

Talor Gruenwald is a Data Scientist at Rewiring America, where he conducts quantitative analyses evaluating the economic, emissions, health, air quality, and equity implications of building electrification policies.

Miki Verma is a Data Scientist at Rewiring America. Miki joined Rewiring from Stanford’s Regulation Evaluation and Governance Lab, where she conducted research on modeling river pollutants in agriculturally dense regions.

Tarren Peterson is a member of the Data Science team at Rewiring America, where he helps to quantify and model the transition to an electric future. He comes to Rewiring America from the University of Chicago, where he recently completed a master’s degree in Computational Analysis for Public Policy and researched the use of satellite-based methods to detect floating patches of plastic in the ocean.

Darren Vengroff is a computer scientist, machine learning engineer, data scientist and inventor.

Mindy Flores is a Senior Data Engineer at Rewiring America, with over 8 years of experience in software. In 2021, she returned to school at San Diego State University to pursue a Master’s in Computer Science, enhancing her expertise in Data Architecture and Machine Learning.

Christine George is a Data Engineer at Rewiring America. Prior to joining, she worked as a Data Engineer with Nike. While there, she developed data pipelines to help analyze and optimize global supply chain processes.

Quentin Barber, a Senior Product Manager at Rewiring America, is proudly helping to build products that accelerate electrification in America by making the process more accessible, actionable, and achievable.

Chell Zeng is a Product Manager at Rewiring America. She joins Rewiring America from FWD.us, a political advocacy organization focusing on immigration policy reform and criminal justice reform, where she served as the Design Director. Prior to that, she was the Chief Designer at a

Emiola Banwo is a Senior Product Designer at Rewiring America. After experiencing homelessness in Nigeria as a boy, he has first-hand experience with the social, economic, and environmental challenges faced by billions globally.

Spenser Garden is a Senior Product Designer driven to improve our collective wellbeing through intuitive software design. Over the course of his 10 year career, he’s designed products that help improve personal mobility, transport access, and income opportunity for people across the globe.

Leah has a degree in Atmosphere/Energy from Stanford University, where she focused on design thinking and equity. During her time at the Rocky Mountain Institute, she became a professional facilitator, leading events with over 200 cities to help accelerate solar energy projects.

Kavina is a career data product manager passionate about using data to democratize knowledge across organizations and elevate the voices of users.

Adam Roessler is an Engineering Manager at Rewiring America. He joined Rewiring America from Lattice, where he mentored and led engineering teams building HR tools.

Veekas Ashoka is a Software Engineer at Rewiring America. Prior to joining Rewiring America, he worked for Arcadia Power and The Knot on their core infrastructure teams and used to be a regular speaker at tech meetups in New York City.

Hannah is a Senior Software Engineer at Rewiring America. She started her career at Khan Academy, where she developed software for the nonprofit's educational web and mobile applications.

Asa Matelau, a Senior Software Engineer at Rewiring America, brings with him nearly a decade of experience in software development across various startups in diverse industries such as security, healthcare, fintech, logistics, marketing, and social domains.

Rachel Partridge is a Senior Software Engineer at Rewiring America. She joined Rewiring America from Arcadia, where she spent 4 years leading teams and building technology to support the expansion of community solar.

Before joining tech, Nick worked for the ONE Campaign as a grassroots organizer, a skillset which he has applied as a volunteer for numerous climate organizations over the past few years. In 2022, Nick co-founded Go Electric Colorado, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting people and our planet by transitioning our homes and commutes to cleaner, more economical electric appliances and vehicles.

Owen Yamauchi is a Senior Software Engineer at Rewiring America. Previously, he worked as a software engineer at Segovia Technology and at Facebook.

Bonnie Ishiguro is a Senior Software Engineer at Rewiring America. She spent the first five years of her career at IBM, where she built solutions that center patients’ needs within the healthcare ecosystem, including consent management and digital health pass offerings.

Tomara is a dedicated software engineer with a unique journey from the music industry to the forefront of climate and energy solutions. During her career in the fast-paced world of touring, she provided remote and on-site technical support.

Benj has over two decades of experience writing software, working with various organizations including Microsoft, The Emmy Awards, University of Washington, SolarCity, and Tesla.

Mary Pustejovsky is the Senior Product Manager focused on the incentives ecosystem. Her past professional experience includes product management for the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, an app used by more than 20,000 nonprofit and non-governmental organizations globally.

Cameron is a software engineer at Rewiring America, with a diverse breadth of software development experience. He spent the first 3 years of his career working at Exele, an industrial automation firm, where he developed web and desktop applications for Windows.

Rachael Serur is a Sr. Software Engineer at Rewiring America. As a lifelong technologist, she has dedicated over a decade to the engineering, design, and product development of mission-driven technologies in climate, healthcare, social impact, wellness, and education.

Luke is on a life-long quest of learning and growth. He's been a physics and math teacher, a game designer, and is currently a software engineer.

Natalie is a software engineer on the data science team at Rewiring America. Previously, she worked on Mesa – an easy-install kit for commercial buildings to save energy and improve building operations – at Sidewalk Labs and Google.

Carla Burns is a Senior Program Manager, Research & Special Projects at Rewiring America, where she conducts research to empower Americans to electrify their homes and communities.

Jamal is Sr. Director, Implementation Learning & Integration at Rewiring America. Previously, he led the energy and climate initiatives at Green & Healthy Homes Initiative and worked with states and localities across the country to advance electrification, healthy housing, and energy efficiency programs and policies.

Joel Rosenberg is part of the Special Projects team at Rewiring America. He is an educator and entrepreneur focused on helping solve the climate crisis for his elementary-age daughter, his amazing partner, and the future of everyone on the planet.

Cora Wyent is Senior Director of Research at Rewiring America, whereshe is conducting research and analysis to enable rapid electrification of everything in the economy. Prior to Rewiring America, she completed her PhD in Physics at Caltech, where she studied new materials for ultra thin solar cells and performed techno economic analysis of new photovoltaic and carbon capture technologies.

Wael Kanj is a Senior Research Associate at Rewiring America. Prior to joining the team, Wael received his Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University, where he conducted research on state resiliency plans, the community impacts of transit-oriented development, water access in the Navajo Nation, and where all the food waste in New Jersey came from.

Yanelle Cruz Bonilla comes to Rewiring America from the University of Oxford where she earned an MPhil in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation and an MSC in Migration Studies. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Tufts University.

Shiloh Stark is the Senior Director of Investment at Rewiring America, where he co-creates our fundraising strategy, brings new systems to life, and keeps programs running smoothly.

Claire Goebel has spent 15 years driving impact across many settings, including a venture-backed startup, philanthropic consulting, a globally ranked academic healthcare system, and multiple nonprofits. She has scaled national and international initiatives in housing, healthcare, and education, and thrives in shepherding relationships and resources that drive strategic growth.

Hannah is the Investment Coordinator at Rewiring America. Before joining the Rewiring America team, she was the Development Coordinator at End Citizens United / Let America Vote, where she helped to build out grassroots fundraising programs to advocate for democracy reform.

Rahul Young is the Senior Director of Community Engagement at Rewiring America, where he leads the Local Government Leaders for Electrification Coalition within the Community team. Rahul has spent over twenty-five years working at the intersection of climate change and local government in for-profit, non-profit, and municipal roles.

Evie is the Director, Community Implementation at Rewiring America, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and strategy for local government leaders and communities committed to electrification.

Kelsey Kane-Ritsch is Director, Community Implementation at Rewiring America. She joins the team from the Natural Resources Defense Council where she spent the last five years working with a range of multidisciplinary teams including the Energy Efficiency for All project, the Science Center, and the Oceans division.

Trace is a Community Implementation Manager at Rewiring America. He is passionate about building economies that prioritize public and planetary health.

Valeria is the Community Engagement & Implementation Associate at Rewiring America, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and strategy for members of Rewiring America’s Local Governments Leaders for Electrification Coalition. Prior to joining RA, Valeria was the Midwest Building Decarbonization Advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council where she focused on policy development and campaigns for statewide building decarbonization policies in Illinois and Michigan and at the local level in Chicago.

Kelly is the Community Implementation Operations Manager at Rewiring America, where she serves as the bridge between multiple teams, goals, and priorities to drive a coordinated approach. Kelly comes to Rewiring America from the State of California’s GoGreen Financing Program, where she helped facilitate energy upgrade financing for residential, small business and multifamily properties.

Bryson Rose, (he/him) is an experienced trainer with over a decade of leading capacity-building initiatives and developing organizational change strategies for non-profits.

Ian Magruder is the Director, Market Mobilization at Rewiring America, where he leads the growth of the CEOs for Electrification coalition within the Partnerships and Engagement team. Prior to joining Rewiring America, Ian spent a decade leading partnerships and business development for mission-driven startups Landed and Organizer.

Grace Mok is the Market Mobilization Coordinator, leading the day-to-day operations for the CEOs for Electrification coalition. Prior to joining, she worked for Freewill, a social good startup, building efficient systems and processes to scale their customer success team.

Kristin G. Eberhard, JD, MEM, is the Head of Policy at Rewiring America. She previously served as the Director of Climate Policy at the Niskanen Center, a centrist think tank in Washington, DC, as the Director of Climate and Democracy at Sightline Institute, a regional policy think tank based in Seattle, and as the Western Director of Climate and Energy at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).

David is a policy expert, strategist, engineer, and advocate on a mission to help make the world a better place for all. He has served in leadership, advocacy and research roles at Consumer Reports and the Union of Concerned Scientists.

Zach has spent over ten years working as a public servant and an advocate on climate change and clean energy policy across the United States. He most recently served as North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper’s Senior Advisor for Climate Change Policy.

Jenna is a public policy professional with over 15 years of utility and clean energy advocacy experience. She has deep knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes and has delved deep into grid modernization, integrated distribution planning, interconnection, electrification, equity, and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Rewiring America, Serena worked as a Policy and Government Relations director for an Arizona state agency. Serena is passionate about policy at all levels, and received her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington in 2018.

Michael Hernandez is the Director, New York Policy for Rewiring America, he leads our efforts to influence state policy initiatives to accelerate the policy transition to demand-side electrification as the most tangible and common sense strategy for addressing the climate crisis.

Amanda Sachs is an Associate, State Policy at Rewiring America, where she supports partner collaborations and helps bring policy research and initiatives to fruition. Previously, she analyzed New York State climate legislation and watchdogged the state’s Climate Law implementation with Environmental Advocates NY.

Erin is a policy analyst at Rewiring America. Prior to joining Rewiring America, Erin worked for several years as a natural gas planning engineer at Consumers Energy, and most recently worked as a decarbonization consultant at a boutique energy consulting firm.

Becca Curry is an attorney and the Sr. Manager of Western Regional Policy at Rewiring America. Becca is passionate about clean energy and community partnerships, and brings significant experience navigating legislative and regulatory processes.

Patrick Murphy is a Community Implementation Manager at Rewiring America working to accelerate electrification projects in underserved communities. Patrick joined Rewiring America after four years at CLEAResult, where he led the equity-focused Community Partner Funding rebate program for the Energy Trust of Oregon.

Natalie Bomberry has over 15 years of account management and agency leadership experience, in the field of PR, brand strategy and design, guiding North America's top public companies, institutions, independent businesses and non-profits, such as the City of Toronto, Air Miles, and The 519.

Alexis is the Project Management Specialist at Rewiring America. With over 6 years of experience, she has worked in various sectors, including education, entrepreneurship, and with women-owned and minority-owned tech startups. Alexis holds a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Education and Promotion from California State University, San Marcos.

Jonathan is the Product & Partnerships Communications Manager at Rewiring America. He’s a big brother, poet, and narrative strategist inspired by technology that transforms how we live together.

Jordan Fontenot is the Communications Manager at Rewiring America. She is a skilled communications professional with almost a decade of experience in media analysis, strategic communication and public relations.

Alana Murphy is a Senior Communications Associate at Rewiring America where she manages media relations, develops proactive communication strategies, and assists in key federal and state campaigns.

Yazmyn resides in Las Vegas and has spent 6 years working with environmental organizations in Nevada — home to two of the fastest-warming cities in the United States. She has disseminated climate stories in both English and Spanish, contributing to key policy victories.

Geneviève is the Senior Creative Director at Rewiring America. She’s an award-winning multidisciplinary designer and art director who has worked for major National media companies and a health tech startup.

Felicia Feaster is the Content Studio Director at Rewiring America. Felicia began her career as a film and art critic and for the past 16 years has worked as a lifestyle journalist covering interior design, travel, wellness, trends and culture for publications including the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Garden&Gun, Martha Stewart, The Economist and Atlanta magazine.

Jessica Dulaney is the Social Media Manager at Rewiring America. Previously, she led communications strategies for billion-dollar federal agencies focused on infrastructure, the environment, and research and development.

With over a decade of experience in education and learning design, Katy has created interactive curricula for adults and students in schools, businesses, and museums. In recent years she’s focused on online education, developing dynamic courses around life design and climate.

Liz serves as the Director of Market Development at Rewiring America. She has spent the majority of her career working on projects to reduce the impact of the built environment on climate change.

Molly Nicholson is the Digital Marketing Manager at Rewiring America. She has developed the digital ads strategy for many progressive political candidates and organizations and helped win her previous employer the 2023 Reed Digital Agency of the Year award.

Nicholas McBride is the Sr. Salesforce Administrator at Rewiring America. He is an experienced Salesforce professional with close to a decade worth of experience. He brings a strong background in administration, business analysis, and development.

Melissa is the Project Management Specialist at Rewiring America. Based in Washington, DC, her heart is rooted in Mississippi, where her family brings her joy.

Leah Stokes is Sr. Policy Counsel to Rewiring America. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).
